Loop expands its partner network - five new companies join
Our partner network continues to grow. Five new organisations, ranging from fintech and product development to larger public-sector environments, have become Loop Academy clients. That means more teams, more technologies and even more opportunities for our candidates.

Loop Academy was founded to create a better transition from university to working life. There are a lot of talented graduate developers, while companies often look for people who already have experience. We bridge that gap.
Through Loop Academy, we hire graduate developers, give them three months of intensive and targeted training, before they move into a 12-month assignment with one of our partners. Now, five new organisations have joined our growing partner network.
A broader partner network
Our new partnerships range from fintech and product development to larger technology environments in the public sector. This gives us access to even more teams, technology stacks and real-world challenges.
For us, that matters. The goal is not simply to have as many partners as possible. A broader network allows us to make better matches between candidates and companies.
Some candidates are best suited for backend and .NET. Others want to work with frontend, cloud, data, C++, Linux or more low-level development. As our partner network grows, we can increasingly build each programme around both the candidate’s strengths and the actual needs of the team.
Training built around the actual assignment
One of the biggest strengths of our model is that the training can be tailored to the assignment the candidate will move into. We do not train a large group of identical developers and simply hope their skills will match what companies need afterwards.
Candidates build a strong technical foundation, while we can put additional focus on the technologies, working methods and challenges they will actually face with the client.
Just as important is the transition into working life. Candidates need to do more than write good code. They need to work effectively in a development team, receive feedback, ask for help, understand requirements and gradually take on more responsibility.
Real teams and real responsibility
We are proud that our partners genuinely give graduate developers the opportunity to become part of their teams. Our candidates are not there to spend twelve months watching other people work. They are there to contribute.
They write code, join stand-ups, receive code reviews, solve real problems and build experience alongside developers who have been doing this for much longer.
That is how strong developers are built.
At the same time, we follow both the candidate and the company throughout the assignment. The goal is not for candidates to be fully trained after three months. It is to give them the right foundation, the right environment and the best possible conditions to develop quickly.
More partners means more opportunities
For our candidates, these five new partnerships mean more ways into the industry. More technologies, more professional environments and a greater chance of finding a team where they can really thrive.
For our partners, it means access to carefully selected graduate developers who can be prepared specifically for their needs before they even start.
For us, the continued growth of our partner network is a strong confirmation that the model works.
We started Loop Academy because we believed there should be a better route into the technology industry for graduate developers.
More and more companies now want to help us build that route.
